How to Apply
Five simple steps from enquiry to enrollment. The whole process takes less than two weeks.
Submit the Online Application Form
Fill out the online application form below or visit the Admissions Office. You will need the child's name, date of birth, parent contact information and the class being applied for. A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 applies.
Document Submission
After submitting the form, upload the following documents through our secure portal or submit them in person at the Admissions Office.
Interaction / Assessment
For Classes I–V, we conduct a friendly informal interaction with the child and parents. For Classes VI and above, students take a short written assessment in English, Mathematics and General Science. Results are communicated within 5 working days.
Admission Offer Letter
Successful candidates receive a formal Admission Offer Letter via email and SMS. Acceptance of the seat must be confirmed within 7 days of the offer by paying the first-term fee.
Fee Payment & Enrollment Confirmed
Pay the first-term fee online or at the school's Accounts Office (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–3 PM). You will receive a Welcome Kit with the timetable, uniform guidelines, book list and school app login credentials.

Scholarships & Fee Concessions
We believe no talented child should be denied quality education for financial reasons.
For students scoring 90% and above in Class X Board Exams (any CBSE school). Applicable for Classes XI–XII tuition fee. Renewed annually on maintaining 85%+ in school exams.
For students who have represented their state or district at a national sports event. Additional support considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional athletes.
Families enrolling a second child at Tagore receive a 10% tuition fee discount on the younger child's fee. Automatically applied — no separate application required.
Limited need-based concessions (up to 50% of tuition) for families who demonstrate financial need. Evaluated by the School's Financial Assistance Committee on a case-by-case basis.
